Quick Salsa



  • 6 large tomato or 1 can of diced tomatoes (drained).
  • 1 onion chopped
  • ½-1 finely chopped jalapeno
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt.

Instructions: Combine tomatoes, onion, and jalapeno pepper in a bowl. Drain through a strainer. Return the mixture to the bowl; add the vinegar and salt to the tomato mixture and combine. Serve with corn chips, veggies, or as a condiment with meat or fish.
